An ordained Pastor/Teacher, a Leadership Catalyst, Mentor, Entrepreneur, and a prolific Author of three books, "Who Moved My Pulpit?  Who Moved My Pew?, "Sabbath Songs" and "Destination Destiny" Victoria's heart for her Kingdom work, is "That the man [man, women, child] of God may be competent, equipped for every good work"
2 Timothy 3:17.

As Founder and Senior Pastor of the ARC International Ministries, which is comprised of a Worship Center and a School for Christian leaders in the church and in the marketplace, Victoria teaches Biblical principles of Leadership, Personal Development, and Change.  Near and dear to her heart are these ingredients she believes to be the keys to a Prosperous life in every area, and the God-given recipe for Growth and Transformation.
 
Victoria holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from Luther Rice College and Seminary and has been honored for her ministry, leadership, and entrepreneurial accomplishments by the Sisters Empowerment Network of Atlanta and in the 2011 Publication of Who's Who in Black Atlanta.  She has consulted on numerous projects with organizations such as the U.S Department of Health and Human Services: Office of Community Service, Washington, DC and the Interdenominational Theological Center, Atlanta, GA., and she has had the honor of being a co-host on TV57's Atlanta Live Television Broadcast.

Forest D. Burse 
Administrative Pastor – the ARC

Forest has a heart for God, and loves serving in the Kingdom as Co-Pastor of the ARC International Ministries.  A Licensed Pastor at the ARC, he provides oversight for all ministry operations, logistics, and media.  

Pastor Forest is also a Marketplace Minister, with a desire to strengthen and guide other entrepreneurs along their journey of business startup and marketing.  A budding Inventor, Pastor Forest looks forward to adding guidance in this arena as well to the numerous classes held for entrepreneurs at the ARC and has worked to build the entrepreneurship curriculum and the ARC Business Network Group.

An entrepreneur in his own right for the past 20 years, Forest founded Front Page Photography, a professional photography company that serves the states of Georgia and Mississippi by photographing Weddings, Special Events, Family Portraits, and Schools. Front Page Photography has served as the official photography team for such elite organizations as the Trumpet Awards Foundation and the YOU AWARDS Foundation.

Together, you will find Forest and Victoria with camera in hand, in their yard, or on a road trip.  Their creative side shines brightly as they tell the story of people and special moments from the lens of their camera's and their nurturing demeanor expands beyond the people of God to the seed-bearing plants and trees as they practice the art of gardening both flowers and vegetables. Over the last year, they have even taken on a few personal landscape projects.

Out of doors is life for them, the yard is a great place for exercise, relaxing, reflecting, and creating. Their backyard has become one of their favorite places for some great quality time together, as well as with family and friends. With both having family roots from the rural area of Mississippi, open spaces are where they feel most at home.

Married for the past 30 years, Pastor Forest and Victoria look forward to what the next 30 years will hold working side by side in the Kingdom of God as they seek to guide the ARC into the waters the Lord has set before them.

Pastor Linda Edmondson
Outreach Pastor – the ARC

Pastor Linda gave her life to Christ as a young adult. She has served as a leader in the Gospel for many years. She serves as the Outreach Pastor at The ARC International and is CEO of Go Ye Therefore Outreach Ministry. A faithful servant, she enjoys spending time with her church family. She is a virtuous woman, and her greatest desire is to help restore lost souls to Christ.

A Licensed Pastor and Entrepreneur, Linda has the heart of a Pastor and the mind of Christ. The anointing that rests upon her life has impacted the lives of many. She affectionately expresses her love for the people of God and desires that they live a whole and set-apart life in Christ. She firmly believes that with God, all things are possible.

Pastor Linda is a native of Stockbridge, GA. She was born in Atlanta, Ga. She is married to Carl "Chuck" Edmondson. Through this union, God has blessed them with three children. Xavier, Keyarius, and Crystal. The delight of Pastor Linda's life is her seven beautiful grandchildren. Her ministry focuses on Single Parent families that may have fallen on hard times after a life-changing situation. She enjoys serving people that are in need outside the 4 walls of the church.

Valarie DuRant-Modeste

'Valarie! The Life Strategist', a Certified Life Coach Extraordinaire for eight years, has a passion for helping women find the next phase of life.

Valarie serves the ARC International Ministries as Administrative Manager as she continues to further her career as a full-time academic advisor for college students.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design, and when she is not working on an interior design project, she enjoys helping friends and family with design guidance.

Valarie holds a Certificate in Leadership from the ARC Leadership Development Program and considers herself to be a life-long learner.
